Managing Director
Chuma Maduekwe
A consummate professional and entrepreneur of over 20years experience with core skills in promoting private sector led investments, new venture creation and development having been a pioneer staff in the Manager of the first Nigerian Private Equity Fund, African Capital Alliance (ACA). Holds Banking & Finance degree, a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and an Alumni of the Chief Executive Program of the Lagos Business School. Spearheaded the acquisition of SDEM Erectors Nigeria Limited and was later appointed substantive Managing Director of SDEM Erectors in 2007. A key participant in the emerging Nigerian power sector having supervised the erection and commissioning of over 898MW power plants combined.
GM Operations
Dr. Ishaku Shekarau
Holds an MBA and a PhD in Technology Management. Has almost 30 years of experience in logistics management with specialty in the management of maritime freight and base operations. He worked as Head, Port Authorities and Government Agencies for Integrated Logistics Services Limited and Executive Director, Maritime Safety and Shipping Development (Logistics) at the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA). A member of Project Management Institute, USA and has attended various national and international training programs in Maritime and logistics management including ‘Changing the Game: Negotiation and Competitive Decision Making’ at the Harvard Business School.
Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Olumide Onimole
An accomplished professional Accountant with almost 30 years experience. Holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Has extensive experience in the Finance function while at CFAO; built capacity in HR, General and Corporate Admin at SDEM Erectors.
Head, Logistics Operations
Christiana Affiong Aliu
Holds a degree in Arts, and has over 12years cognitive experience, served in various capacities within the Administration, and Financial & Accounting Systems. Had a stint with Access Bank, then joined Doiyatec as the Financial Controller before joining TAK Logistics as Coordinator in Charge of Transporter Payments, putting in place new systems for a more organized and transparent procedure of monitoring and tracking Transporter Payments and managing the Transporters.
Head, Business Development
Odiba Etuh
Odiba Etuh, Head of the Business Development unit holds a B.sc degree in Information Technology & Management and a Masters in Business Administration from Netherlands Business School. Odiba has over seven years experience in the Nigerian Agricultural Value chain sector. He leads the sales and marketing functions and liaises with other keys stakeholders in the agric sector. He works closely with top management to formulate and execute effective business development strategies for the company.
